The residential complex is located on Oktyabrskaya Street in the picturesque Maryina Roshcha district, not far from the city's historic center. Its architecture and interiors form a harmonious whole, where every element enhances the atmosphere of the space.
The building's facades feature a color gradient shifting from light beige to rich brown, evoking the look of a sunset sky. This smooth transition of shades mirrors the changing palette of the heavens, imbuing the surroundings with warmth and coziness. A sense of visual depth is heightened by the interplay of textures: smooth, monochromatic plaster gives way to raised fluting, creating a striking, modern aesthetic.
The interiors of the common areas extend this concept. A warm, monochromatic palette and carefully selected material textures create an atmosphere of harmony and elegant restraint. Soft wall tones serve as a backdrop for striking details: a brass pendant chandelier, furniture with fluid forms in deep hues, and delicate decorative elements.
We propose a gradient-based spatial transition along the path from the lobby to the elevator core.
The transition from the entrance area to the elevators features a color gradient shifting from light gray to brown, echoing the color scheme of the facades.
A key approach to the interior design is the combination of a monochromatic palette and pronounced material textures. Solid colors create a harmonious and elegant space, while the restrained use of textured materials adds visual complexity and a modern touch.
Accents bring the space to life: a decorative partition with movable elements defines the waiting area, brass signage adds luster and dynamism, and rhythmic suspended arches in the corridors create an effect of gradual transition—leading from the bright, open lobby to the intimate elevator lobbies.
This is how a cohesive vision for the common areas emerges: modern and tactile, with an atmosphere of cozy sunset warmth, where color, light, and texture work in harmony.
